16th May 2011: nugg.ad has created a new product to make website content more relevant to its visitors. Using nugg.ad’s Predictive Behavioural Targeting technology, Content Targeting, offers clients the opportunity to make a website’s content bespoke to each visitor.
Using anonymous data from surveys and click behaviour, this new product determines the interests of each visitor to a website based on certain socio-demographic criteria (e.g. age, sex, education, income) and product interest data (e.g. motoring, finance, nutrition, FMCG). Even if a user visits a website for the first time, pages—such as the landing page—can be tailored dynamically to suit users’ requirements, without the need for site registration. The website optimisation is fully automated and runs in conjunction with the site’s content management system. CoreMedia is the first web content management software provider to integrate nugg.ad Content Targeting.
